Nursery & Toddlers
The nursery and toddler programs at All Saints are provided for your children so that you may fully participate in worship, education classes or other special events. It is our goal to provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment for your children. Our nursery is available for infants to 4-year-olds.
Your children will be in a safe and nurturing environment with at least two professionally trained adult staff members. Our Children's Ministry staff is Adult and Pediatric CPR & First Aid certified and also trained in safe church policy. All staff and adult volunteers are given a criminal background check for further safety. Additionally, the classrooms are evaluated weekly for cleanliness and safety.
For the protection of all children and staff, children who show any sign of illness should not be brought to the nursery. If symptoms develop after the service/event begins, you will be notified immediately.
Nursery Check-in/check out: Your children are checked in to the nursery via a secure computer check-in system and given a printed label that includes their name, allergies, and a unique number that will match a label given to the parents. Parents must have the corresponding label with them when picking up their children. Please leave your cell phone number with the nursery so they may reach you during the service/event if necessary.
In an effort to help families with children link together all the elements of Anglican worship, we have created a unique Children’s Chapel Program. All children who participate in Chapel will remain in the service with their families until after the Gospel reading, at which point they will process out of the sanctuary with an adult leader. Each Sunday, a child will lead with a children’s cross and a favorite children’s hymn will be played to signal their departure.
Our Children’s Chapel program is geared for children ages 5-10 and lectionary based, following the Gospel reading each Sunday. Children hear and participate in a fun and engaging lesson and then complete a craft related to the day’s lesson. They are given a children’s bulletin each week and are encouraged to work on that at home.
At All Saints, we think children are a precious gift from God and we believe that this will enrich and enhance their overall church experience and understanding.
Throughout the year, All Saints offers many wonderful opportunities for families to fellowship together. These unique events include our annual St. Nicholas party, All Saints Day Celebration, Resurrection Egg Hunt ... and much more.
